–  Christmas is coming and the goose is getting fat…well, not just the goose, i’m getting fat! What with all the Christmas parties, family & friend get-togethers my waist line is something that would give even Santa a run for his money. All is not lost however, welcome to The 12 Days of Exercise Challenge!

Why not get a head start on those New Years resolutions and battle the Christmas bulge with these daily exercises, doing more each day of the holidays until you’re able to do all of them in one session and then you’ll be able to welcome in the New Year fighting fit and a little guilt free!
