The 12 Week Challenge

It’s Monday, and the end of the year is fast approaching. If you’re anything like me then Sunday evening is always spent thinking about how Monday and the week ahead is going to be different, i’m going to get up earlier for that run or hit the gym after work. I’m going to make my own healthy lunch to take to work each day, i’ll actually have breakfast which doesn’t consist of the words ‘extra shot’ and ‘to take away please’.

If that does sound a little like you then you’ll also know how tiring and demotivating it is that even before lunchtime on Monday you’ve already failed!

Well no more – i’m taking a stand against this and i’m dragging you all along with me kicking and screaming. Learn from my mistakes (for which over the three months there will be many) and get motivated from my results and achievements (of which I hope there will be a few).

Were going to take a 12 week journey, starting 1st January. Yes, that’s right, New Year’s Day. The goal of which is pretty straight forward… to actually hit those goals once and for all. Time to put up or shut up!

I will be covering everything from:

Gaining muscle mass and getting toned.

Cardio training.

Eating healthy and time management to help you do this.

How small daily changes can reap big positive results in the long term.

What supplements to take.

What kit I recommend.

Places to train.

Workout and training guides.

Nutrition Plans.

Everything you can pretty much think of I’ll be covering the complete works as well as the emotional ups and downs over the next three months along with some #NoFilter photos to chart my progress (you have been warned, it’s not a pretty sight).
